Dealing with Your Feelings and Emotions
Many people do not realise that how they actually FEEL on any given day can decide what they experience for the rest of that day. It really isn't rocket science. If we wake up and are feeling lousy, worried, anxious, frightened or depressed, we are going to have a far worse day, in whatever we do, than if we wake up feeling joyful, ecstatic, excited or in anticipation of something wonderful.
When our feelings are overwhelmed by a rejection in a relationship, a break-up or a betrayal, we can often hit rock bottom and no amount of medication can help our need for feeling good or just desiring a hug.
