How you FEEL on any given day, your emotions, dictates how that day will turn out for you.

Feelings drive action in a circular motion. Negative feelings make us feel demotivated, insignificant and VERY fearful. Everything becomes difficult. Such feelings affect our perception of what we can DO and achieve, how much we are valued. Positive feelings of self worth make us reach for the skies.

    69-80: Excellent emotional health. Your quality of life is tops. You take life in your stride, you appreciate yourself and others and you also allow for things to go wrong. That is a very commendable attitude which is difficult for many people. You are likely to be very independent, self nurturing and caring of others. 

    57-68: Very good sense of well being. You enjoy a very high quality of life. You have nothing to worry about emotionally because you enjoy your life and create opportunities to reinforce you. Very few things bother you, and you care a lot of others. You also have a healthy respect for relationships and deal competently with them when things go wrong. and successful at what you tend to do. Despite some doubts about your abilities, you are a emotionally strong.

    39-54: Moments of self-doubt. The quality of your existence seems to fluctuate according to your mood and the people you are with. Though you could be very strong emotionally, with a great capacity to love, your constant need for approval and feeling of low self-worth tends to make you rather clingy, which in turn puts potential partners off. You worry often about how you appear to others and, of course, that is not appealing. Your emotional health could do with a boost by learning to love yourself more, being more self-sufficient and trusting in your own abilities instead of looking to others for reinforcement.

    25-38: Lots of emotional gaps here. You are too willing to accept second best so the quality of your life could be much better. You are a caring person and there's a lot you have to give, but your low confidence and self esteem keep you locked inside yourself rather than going outwards, which makes you appear as a taker rather than a giver. You have too many fears about your life and your self belief has eroded. But only by firmly believing in you can you get others to accept that you are very worthy too.

    12-24: Low emotional health . Not a very good life for you, is it? LOTS to do here to be part of the human race. Too many fears of getting hurt, and too many worries about what could happen. You also have a lot of regrets about the past. But that is gone, you can't bring it back. Try to focus on your present and stop worrying about what has gone and what might never happen. Taking interest in others and removing the focus from yourself is a very good place to start. And stop trying to be perfect. There is no such place in our lives.

    0-12: Very poor emotional health and poor life quality.. You must be feeling very lonely and unhappy because you are not relating to others very well. You dislike yourself, you worry about things which might never happen, you lack confidence and your self esteem is rock bottom. If you feel so bad, no one will want to be around you either. You need to begin by taking a real interest in others instead of being such a victim and expecting the worst.
