83-100: Excellent, your self esteem is at a peak. You really think highly of yourself, which is a good foundation for soaring ahead. You are a great role model!
63-82: You're very comfortable with yourself, though you do have some doubts and insecurities about you, especially when things don't turn out as expected. But you are wonderful as you are, you just have to believe it too an take the rough with the smooth.
39-62: Your feelings about yourself depend on your mood. You need to be less fearful about life, accept that there are no certainties, and that one has to take risks to achieve one's desires. Stop fretting over outcomes and consequences. Otherwise, all your fears will become self-fulfilling. It's actions that gets you results. Nothing good can come from negative thoughts.
19-38: You really are at a low ebb because you lack self belief and motivation and you don't appreciate the wonderful person you are, especially as you spend all your time looking at your faults instead of giving thanks for your strengths. You won't achieve much in that state and probably need our help.
0 -18: This is so sad because you don't think much of yourself. But how can anyone else love what you reject? It means this very negative attitude will affect your relationships too. You definitely need some counselling because your world must be pretty grim.
